The only difference is about 2 times faster installation and size, reduced by 1 GB. Also very rare Japanese voiceovers were added, they were missing in the original repack.

If you installed the game with your language PLUS English – you shouldn't face any problem. The problem is in game, which forces itself to English on each launch if it sees English files inside. And doesn't launch properly if it doesn't see 2 English files even if another language is selected.

Increase inventory eso. Everything you need to expand the size of the inventory is to find Bag Merchant in one of the big cities. Bag Merchants can be usually found on the Marketplace and they will add extra space for gold: The first update will add 10 extra slots increasing inventory space from original 50 up to 60 at the cost of 400 gold. Personal Inventory Space: Visit a bag merchant at the Marketplace where you can increase your inventory slots by 10, to a new maximum of 70, for 400 gold per increase. The next maximum of 80 Inventory slots will cost you 2 000 gold. The max number of inventory slots is 110.
In this repack some multiplayer files, not needed for SP-campaign, were moved to a separate archive – you can skip downloading and installing them.
But generally I wouldn't recommend it. I've tested single-player campaign, of course and found no bugs or glitches with MP-files removed, but they MAY appear later in the game.

The probability is pretty low, but still. Since the size of MP-data is pretty small in this repack and installation is longer for just 10 minutes, don't risk your game experience.
